Greetings all,

we are back at St Martins this Sunday (18th of October) at 11am.

We had a wonderful service last month with Sue and a friend Colin, from the Wellington Diocese, who delivered a sermon that enlightened us on the tale of Jonah. Colin studied mathematics at Oxford University for six years, a most interesting chap!

We also ask for prayers for three Albury folk who died recently, Donald Wreford, Leon O'Sullivan and Ted Palmer.

The readings for Sunday:

Jeremiah 8, 22 - 9, 3

        Psalm 145, 10-18 (communal)

The Gospel;   Luke 10, 1-9 (Carol)

Thanks to Sky TV I have other commitments this Sunday,

if some good citizen could cover the Jeremiah reading that would be grand.

blessings and kind regards,

Jeremy
