History of St David's Church
History of St David's Church
Name & Designation: St David's Church (Anglican), registered as a Category II historic place by Heritage New Zealand.
Built: Consecrated in March 1907 on land donated by Arthur Hope. It was built to a scaled-down design similar to St Martin’s in Albury.
Location: Middle Valley Road, Raincliff (spanning the Mackenzie and Timaru Districts).
Administration: Part of the Temuka-Te Ngawai Parish, with maintenance managed locally by the Raincliff Trust Board alongside the nearby Raincliff Youth Camp.
