Warm Greetings Everyone!

I hope you are well and enjoying this splendid display of spring flowers. I continue to be stunned by the beauty of spring in our area - I think this is because Josh and I came from an area in South Africa where we were constantly battling drought. This abundant display of beauty is therefore such a lovely, joyous surprise. As our appointed psalm says, let us meditate on God’s wonderful works as they tell of God’s creative and regenerative power, in this season of creation. (Ps 145 v 5,6)

On Sunday 13th, we enjoyed a great Archdeaconry service where our Bishop Peter presided and preached. It was pleasing to see such a good turn-out from our parish. The celebration of Holy Cross day through the service, and later at tea, provided a fun opportunity for us all to meet new people and catch up with long standing friends. Thank you all for your help and support in making it the occasion that it was.
